This product is a back-up safety system, designed to enhance safety and communication in crane operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Buddie System (TBS) is not liable for any loss or damage which is, in TBS’s reasonable opinion, attributable to a failure of the user to:

i. properly use the product in accordance with TBS’ instructions;
ii. implement and maintain a suitable, industry standard safety system or protocol for crane operation or on-site safety, or
iii. otherwise comply with all applicable laws.
 
Users are responsible for ensuring that the product is used in accordance with all applicable law. It is recommended to regularly inspect and maintain the product to ensure optimal performance. By using this product, the user acknowledges and accepts these terms.
